I have to write a speech for school. Any advice on how to write a good speech?

1. Research your topic. 2. Write your speech. 3. Review. 4. Invite a peer review. 5. Review. 6. No rehearsal (Read aloud to a friend.) 7. Do not be nervous (Hint: Make eye contact with a friend in the audience and talk to her / him). 9. Be aware of body language, facial expression — smile a lot. 10.Thank audience for your time and attention.
